Excellent all purpose cookbook
1 of 1 found this helpful I've been using a much older version of this cookbook for years and love it. This updated version is terrific, and covers a lot of equipment changes and additions since that version was published. The photography is excellent, and a lot of helpful mini tutorials have been added.
One important note: Many of the recipes I rely on have been dropped to make room for the new, so if you have an older version like I did, keep this in addition to, not in place of, the older one. Both have value to cooks of any level.

Cliff Notes for the food processor
This small book is beautifully produced, with outstanding photos and a few representative recipes. Unfortunately there just isn't much there.

Good book, still relevant
An outstanding book on the subject of breadmaking using the food processor. The recipes are terrific, and the tips and explanations are some of the best I've seen. Buy this book, you won't be disappointed.
