truly,madly,deeply
this was bought as a suitable movie for a girly nite in and it did not disappoint! four of us (+ a couple of bottles)sat down to view and within a short while there was not a dry eye in the room. julie stevenson is wonderful at grief. no genteel tissue dabbing here....real snotty, puffy eyed gut wrenching sorrow that had us all sniffing. the storyline was bizarre but it really worked as we all empathised with her loss and his efforts to free her for a new life. i would really recommend this film. i'm so glad i bought it as i can envisage watching it again and again when i fancy a good wallow. when my husband came home and saw us all red eyed and clutcing soggy handkies he was amazed that we all thought it was wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chris Isaak at his best
A voice to make your heart sing, tunes both gentle and melodic and wonderful steel guitar. I could listen to this all day, in fact i often do! Buy it now! I insist! This album prompted me to go to see him in concert when he was in England a couple of months ago and it was a happy, fun filled evening watching a great musician enjoying doing what he does best.
