Making excellent milk froth
Makes better hot milk froth than my motorized frother, and is likely to last longer. It is very simple in design and easy to use and clean. It seems to be based on a coffee plunger but because it has no metal can be used to heat milk in a microwave. It could be improved by addition of a microwavable handle. However, wearing gloves to remove it from the microwave after heating works well. Used in conjunction with a coffee percolator results in excellent coffee (eg flat white or latte).
