Fab read
Great book and you learn a lot from it. My husband isn’t really a book reader but he read this too and It was enjoyable watching him laugh at some parts.
If you are a fan it’s definitely worth a read if you haven’t already you won’t be disappointed.

Very good read
This book is a very good read and also very relating to anyone that has suffered depression, It also helped me understand how to express depression to others.
Seeing what Denise has faced in life and how she’s overcome them set backs is amazing. Definitely worth a read for anyone it’s also good to help others understand mental health too.
A book has to grip me instantly for me to read it and this one I couldn’t put down.
You won’t be disappointed.
