Great for allergy sufferers!
This product was recommended to me by a ND in health food store. I keep it on hand, and usually need to take for only a day or two to keep my allergy symptoms under control. All natural ingredients, and NO side effects that come even with the over the counter stuff. (And probably a lot cheaper, too.) He recommended taking two in morning, and two in evening. But can take up to 12 in one day, if more severe issues going on.

So far - so good!
I am usually disappointed with socks that 'look good' in a store, and get home and find that they just don't hold up over time. So bought these with the heavy duty notation, and hope that they will wear better over time!
