Caked on Dead skin
5 of 5 found this helpful Lots of caked on dead skin and one of the bands was visibly worn down, so it's not really usable. I expected open box, not medium wear on the item. I feel it's really unacceptable to send me a "renewed" item when the description clearly states open box. I'm severely disappointed.
