  I love the four Precious Moments figurines representing the branches of military. The seller took great care in preparing the items for shipment. Each one was wrapped in bubble wrap. In spite of this, the head came off of the little girl. It was a perfectly clean break and easily replaced with a bit of super glue. I contacted the seller just so she'd know. Immediately she replied with an apology and, an unexpected partial refund. Customer service at its finest!
