The seller listed the wrong size for the shoes that I ordered. When they were shipped to me and I notified the sender, his response time was very delayed. He said that he would provide me a refund for my return shipping cost since the item was listed incorrectly. He has failed to do so. It took quite some time and multiple messages in order to receive a refund. I was not satisfied with the lack of customer service.
