I needed a new motherboard and this was exactly the one at a GREAT price!

Need a new motherboard? I DID. This was a relatively quick fix and works like you'd expect a roughly 10 year old motherboard to perform. But it DOES what it's supposed to and brought an old laptop back to life!

Good drives and great portability solution.

These Kingston DataTraveler SE9 G2 USB 3.0 drives have proven to be reliable and easy to attach to key rings. They are my first choice for re-installing OS and Programs. There ARE faster thumb drives, such as those by Samsung. But they are often awkwardly large at the end near the key ring. Fo me, my older computers represent the key bottleneck, making these drives that much more valuable for storage of the recovery drives. I'm just sad they seem to have discontinued the design rather than go to a 3rd or 4th generation.
