Good sound. Comfortable but not quite as good fit as similar Plantronics products I've used in the past.
Sound is clear both to me and to person to whom I'm talking. Volume is good. Doesn't fit quite as well as the Plantronics Voyager Pro and similar Plantronics products I've used in the past but still comfortable for all day use.
