    Box came damaged - as a collector, this is a big deal to me. Seller said they’d give a full refund, then refunded 10%, then refunded 50% and was extremely rude. Communication was unclear and confusing. I did not expect a full refund, but didn’t appreciate the rudeness or them saying one thing and doing another.
