Classic early Beatles album
The album may only be 30 mins 30 secs but it is all gold, no filler! The inserts are just a reprint from the original vinyl notes.
Just seven songs featured in the film and six more great songs gave good value to the package. You get all the immediacy of early Beatles style. This is the original first remastering of the album onto CD in genuine mono. The sound is clear with good range of sound, far better than the original vinyl though I expect the purists to disagree!
It is far better value than the more recent reissues in mono which were just a way of extracting more money out of the pockets of Beatles aficionados for just a few more photos!!.

Excellent BBC dramatisation
Excellent dramatisation. Ian Carmichael plays Lord Peter Wimsey the definitive characterisation and Patricia Routledge plays Lady Dowager faultlessly. Performed over a 3CD box set of 3 hours.
You will enjoy it f you like Dorothy L. Sayers writing..

Some of the memorable hits from 1967
The CD was up to the usual high quality expected from an EMI release.
An excellent mixture of big hits from the second half of the 1960s in the UK. They sound as fresh as when they were first released which demonstrates how good they originally were!!!
