  Bought a new Casio watch from seller. Clasp on bracelet defective, so can’t be sized. Contacted seller - replied I’m liable once box was opened. Not sure how you find out if product works without opening, but I digress. Contacted Casio for warranty. Denied because seller is not an authorized dealer. I get it’s not sellers fault the clasp is defective. But expectation buying “New” is you’ll receive a fully working item. Seller could have offered a return or partial credit. But refused to help.
