  The seller changed to a faster shipping method at my request to get the item to me on time for a job. The item was damaged in shipping, which was not the seller's fault. (The item was well packed and the box was labeled "fragile" clearly on all sides.) The seller was very responsive, and when I told them the item was damaged they offered me a full refund with return shipping cost included. Luckily a friend was able to repair the item, and now it works great. 100% satisfied with seller and item.
