Reminds me now of the old paperboy bikes that were often modified to use the higher bars to hold newspapers.papers
Great standard chrome 12" approximately high goose neck to make it easier to sit upright on a cruiser bike that needs the smaller 21.1mm neck, all those 22mm sized bike stems won't fit into my old Schwinn fork tube. they won't fit the Hevi Duti.
But his Quill unit worked great.
