Exactly as it should be.
Wasn't new but Wasn't expensive either. Less rusty than i thought it was and it fits on perfectly.

5 of 5 found this helpful GReat cpu. First time in a long time that i picked a intel cpu but this was well worth it. I'm using an old z87 motherboard but after getting the bios updated, this chip is a beast. Great product. I haven't overclocked it over 4gigs but still a nice cpu.
