  Gorgeous piece of artisan craft - I have now looked up this maker and their new items are nothing compared to the old ones. Not made in Italy as this one is. The craftsman ship is wonderful and understated - you have to look hard for the maker's mark. Proud to own this little bit of culinary history when times were better, standards higher and quality could be expected. Thank you - this will be appreciated.
