Hoops with ridges might hurt
I'm no expert, but would recommend following the manufacturers suggestion to start up slowly, only using the hoop a couple of minutes for some days and gradually work up to the full 10 minute sessions to avoid bruising.

Fun game - even for grown ups! ( :
Can be used on Windows XP, too, but not Vista. It is a lot of fun. My children had it years ago and we decided to get it again because we had such fond memories of it.

Gorgeous packaging of George Harrison
Perfection. Such beautiful sleeves, boxes, pamphlets - all unique and utterly George, designed and collected with love with the touch of his son, Dhani. We are less enamored of Wonderall and Electronic, but happy to have them in our collection. The music is remastered in analogue and quite fine.
