A Fantastic Journey You Must Experience
The first thing to know about this book, is that it is from the Fantasy genre. The events take place in the world of Midkemia. This book comes in between several of Feist's major series. As with any book by a series writer, you should be familiar with the other books to be familiar with the characters of this book. However, you will enjoy this book without having ever read a book by Feist. This book follows Nicky, the youngest son of the Prince of Krondor. His father decides to train him as a noble and sends him to his uncle to learn how to be a noble and to serve his uncle. While there, Nicky meets a girl and gains a rival in his own cousin. Soon his world is torn upside down. This book starts in one direction and goes in a completely different direction halfway through. You'll finish the book feeling like you've read an entire series and want more! You have got to try reading this book for yourself.

The Greatest Show Ever Made!
Jed, Granny, Jethro, and Ellie Mae are a family from the Ozarks that move to Beverly Hills, California after Jed (the patriarch) accidently discovers crude oil on his land while hunting. He becomes a millionaire overnight and his cousin recommends that since he is now wealthy, he should move near other wealthy people. Jed wants his daughter Ellie Mae to meet a fine boy and get a proper education, so the family pulls up stakes and goes all the way to California. The differences in culture, social situations, and even just the difference between rural and urban areas, serve as the basis for the show's comedic plots. This episodic "fish-out-of-water" tale is more than what it appears to be. This series is a really a classic social commentary of rich vs poor, elite vs common man, old money vs new money. The Clampetts are helpful, considerate, and laid back in stark contrast to the selfish, snooty, and uptight people they encounter in Beverly Hills. This box set has some of the funniest episodes of the series including the All-Time Most Watched Classic THE GIANT JACKRABBIT. You'll definitely enjoy this Beverly Hillbillies Collection Box Set DVD.
