Most Horrible Picture Quality You Can Imagine
This is a fondly remembered film, and I was very happy to find it on DVD at last. However, the actual product is a crashing disappointment, for this reason: This is the single worst DVD release I have ever seen, with picture quality that looks like a VHS dupe from a TV broadcast, where the tape has been badly stored. The picture quality is not as good as many public-domain DVD titles I've purchased. Given that this was a prestigious production in its day, and one of the most popular movies in Britain at the time, this is a crashing disappointment, and I urge you to buy it only if you can overlook the dreadful, dreadful picture quality.

Only one drawback -
The LED readout is dim and fuzzy, not sharp and clear and bright like the illustration. This makes it a bit difficult to set the radio frequency, especially in daylight. The product is otherwise excellent.

Highly Rrecommended!
This reconditioned Singer motor came to me quickly, professionally packed, and with all parts needed to install it. Once it was installed, it performed flawlessly, greatly improving the machine's responsiveness to the foot control. I would recommend it to anyone whose Singer machine has this motor in an original, unserviced condition.
