Missing parts. Might be open box item.

I lost small parts in my own brew group (small ball and spring inside piston counter) when cleaning. Instead of replacing the parts and cleaning, I decided to get this new unit, but came out missing ones I really needed. Not sure what these parts contribute to brewing, but it still works.
