Solid with great features

I used this tripod with a Canon 1Dmk4 and a full frame L lens weighing in at around 2.5KG. The tripod is strong and stable with this heavy load. The ball joint held firm and the pan feature on the head was ultra smooth like it was oil dampened and worked very well for video work. The tripod folds down quite small given that given that it can hold heavy DSLR loads with high stability.

Simply better all round.

This battery weighs less than half the deep cycle lead acid battery it replaced. The voltage seems to stay higher (above 12 v) for longer. Lithium batteries are known for their high charge cycle capacity so i'm looking forward to many years of use. All around. a better way to go.
