  Wasn t happy with amount of protection (bubble wrap) as phone was put in a Jiffy bag and phone arrived dirty but after a brief chat with the seller he apologised for this and I was offered a partial refund by the seller, Seller has great customer service and will rectify any problems you may have with your order.   Package came swiftly and without delay. The package and Aiwa cassette player within was the victim of either a thief or junkie as it was opened when I got home and the player was heavily tampered with and rendered inoperable. Thankfully though, the seller was very cooperative and open to solving the issue and I know in the future when buying from them that I'm in safe hands should anything go wrong. 10/10
