  When I received the item, I noticed a few pieces that were moving in the box. In all fairness, the box could’ve been packed better. However, when I contacted the seller, she was more than willing to resolve the situation by giving me a full refund. I did not expect that and we negotiated a fair settlement. I have glued the pieces back and am thrilled with the end product. Seller was very responsive and I would definitely do business with her again. Just a packing mishap!
