  Do not buy from this seller item never came was stuck in transit since the 3rd July tried emailing them no reply couldn’t cate at all I have had to open a missing item case still has not refunded me -10 for service unprofessionalism very upsetting as a seller if you buy from this one exspect to be frustrated doesn’t seem to care at all

  Sorry you feel this way about this transaction. But, I would like to clear some things up. Unfortunately, as you stated, the item was stuck in transit due to reasons out of our control. The item was posted same day as purchase. In regard to non response to emails, this is a blatant lie as we have had many communications between us where, may I say, you were quite aggressive, demanding and rude. As the item has now been delivered (only 1 day late) please review this feedback to reflect the truth.
