What a fraudulent transaction!!! The item sent was in no way as described. Said to be sealed. It definitely was not! To add insult to injury the album cover was in poor condition to say the least. It was stained, frayed edged!! The medium itself was also poor. Scratches, smudges etc.!! Complete opposite of your description!! A refund is demanded with out having to incur expenses to return stressful time to return item. Your immediate response is expected!! Tried to rate negative response unable

We made sure this customer immediately got a full refund as this was a mistake, we had clicked on the suggested title that ebay gave us that said sealed without noticing, but we had posted pictures with the listing that showed that this was not a sealed album and showed pictures of the album disc. We are hoping this buyer will accept a feedback revision request or at least get back to us and let us know if they're satisfied with how we handled the refund and aftermath.
