Xbox One Wireless Controller Black

The controller wasn't refurbished...

The controller was supposed to be refurbished instead it was just a used controller. The port for the head set is broken. I can't plug my head set in because the port fell off inside the controller. It's sent that way. Also the wear and tear from the previous owner of the controller is present. If it was refurbished these things would've been fixed and touched up.
