A1-5star natural selection for the lung detox, Google It, I Did
I was prescribed a z-pack for a lung condition, which was to help with inflammation in removing phlegm from my lungs, which did help me a little !
Then I started reading about how ginger can help in removing phlegm, and it is the best thing that I have found to be a natural remedy for this problem!
