"A little different direction"
2 of 2 found this helpful Well this may not even be allowed. but i'm going to say it anyway. i bought this great little grip not for a Mossberg or a Maverick shotgun. I bought it for a charles daly field 500 semi auto shotgun. pistol grips are not offered since Daly went out of business. anyway with very little moding of the grip at the front of the grip it fits perfect on my Daly semi shotgun. i did add the buffer tube and six position stock to finish off the tactical look and performance i was looking for. where the grip bolts to the gun with a smaller allen head bolt 1 1/2" worked perfectly without any moding at all wich lets me keep the strength of the grip correct ang not jeopardizing the strength or safety of the grip its self. ive already run 500 rds of 2 3/4" shells through the shotgun with no issues at all with the entire stock muchless the grip. remember to loctite the bolt...thanks again for a great pistol grip....
