Battery problems from first use
The battery on this iPod has been a problem from the beginning rendering this almost unusable. After charging the iPod overnight, the battery will say it’s more than 50% done after about 45-60 minutes of use. Then, when the battery indicator has 25% left, the iPod will restart, display the no battery indicator, and shut down.
So, at most, the iPod works for 60 minutes on a single charge. That’s really unacceptable for an iPod labeled as “New.”
