It is easy to see why this occurred. The slides were housed in a plastic box which was posted in plastic bags. Obviously, the enroute handling of the bag squeezed open the lid of the box and some slides slipped out and were destroyed.The box should have been placed in a robust box.Please send a replacement, I require at least 5 slides
