  I received the item in a box way too big to fit it with only 3 air pillows to protect it. The item was flopping around inside freely, along with the screw to screw it in with and a spare prying tool (which you don't need for the product in question). I found the screw and the prying tool by both falling out of the side of the box because the box was taped using a roll of Scotch gift tape. I have no idea how they hadn't fallen out before reaching my house. The item, miraculously, works just fine.
