Everything was good I was able to get the parental lock off of the nintendo switch but when I looked at the joycons and i saw one wasnt really connecting. I decided to anyways factory reset and delete all the data. I tried to put the joycons back on there to activate it and only one worked i tried to let it charge and try to disconnect and reconnect and nothing worked the controller is completely broken. Which is really upsetting since it said that both of them worked. Besides that its great
