AU Godox AD600BM 2.4G HSS Outdoor Flash Strobe Light Bowens Mount + Battery
22 September 2017
Great price, fast recycle, good battery life
A lot bigger and heavier than i thought it would be. Build well, heavy duty plastic. This is really the only option at this price point for sony mirrorless if you want high speed sync (HSS). Battery life is good, more than enough power for a whole shoot, you can always bring extra for commercial work but then again you wouldn't be using this. The recycle time is really good, I wanted to get the AD200 even though it has enough power for my needs I would have to run it closer to full power and it would have a long recycle delay. With the AD600 you don't need to run it at full power so you can recycle it quickly.

4 Pcs RCA Female Chassis Panel Mount Jack Socket Connector 24K Gold Plated M402

Great value connector, solders well
Great rca / phono plugs for a diy project, they are good quality for the price. I first covered the metal panel in masking tape, marked my holes and started with 1/8" pilot holes. Then I went up to 5/16", this is large enough to fit the shaft of the phono plug but not wide enough for the inset plastic washer. You could try an 8mm drill bit which i don't have, or some kind of round file. You can flip the washer over and use it on the inside if your panel is skinny enough.
