Although the item did not arrive on time it went many thousands of miles over a HUGE ocean and was handled by several carriers. The item was EXACTLY as described and the seller has EXCELLENT communication and is rather friendly and very understanding. We had become worried when the package was untraceable and carrier stated tracking number no longer exists. As most would, we contacted seller and they stated they would make it right- They DID-!
