PVC
Perfect fit great quality. It does not come with a lower clamp but you do not need it. Just remove the old one and put this on. A lot of people are confused about the wire to the white little thing about what it does. That wire is just a ground connection for the computer as a test plug for a mechanic. So if you think there is some type of valve inside that white thing there is not. You could just unscrew the metal PCV valve out of the plastic tee and replaced only that if you want. All the hoses and the tee are hollow. There is nothing in them. My hoses were old and hardened so I replaced the whole thing as a unit. If you’re wondering where this thing is, it is directly underneath the turbo intercooler going straight down into the engine block. By the way I have an 05 outback XT 2.5
