I've been using this brand of turmeric for a week now and already.. my shoulder is feeling more like normal

It's seriously strengthening my lower back
Helping with my scoliosis and sciatica, best to start with it at your knees then roll forward, it's not a perfect device, the spring mechanism could be better... you start level with shoulders but it doesn't stay level with shoulders...it tends work it's way further away from you

3 of 3 found this helpful The order of the filters seems wrong........ carbon filter in first then hepa with sponge facing forward.
this makes the hepa filter take all of the gunk before passing on to the sponge and the carbon filters, the hepa filter then holds the odours so the air doesn't smell fresh on the way out.
My main purifier has first a dust filter then carbon filter then hepa filter
