Surprising accurate little watch. I compared the heart rate and blood pressure readings given by the watch with a Omron cuff-style blood pressure machine. The readings were quite similar, which I was very surprised by. This watch is good for an indication of your heart rate and blood pressure. The all-day HR logging in the app also works well. The pedometer is overzealous though, definitely recording more steps that I'm doing.
It's also waterproof, I've been swimming in the ocean and worn it in the shower no problems.
However the watch does tend to go to "sleep" from time to time. It won't wake up at all, either by moving your wrist (this normally shows the time) or pressing the screen button. After a while it will suddenly "wake up" and work normally. Also the charge indicator does not seem to work, it just always shows full, so maybe that's the problem the battery is going flat, but there's no way to tell, you just need to charge it every couple of days. Came with 2 charging cables, one for home and one for work, nice touch.
Apart from that it's good value for the money.
