was good when new but failed in 9 months
I bought one trap about oct 2022 and it worked very well.
I cleaned it after a "kill" and now it fails to operate. The RED light stays on permanent and there is a low level beep. I have dried it in the sun I have put moisture absorbing granules (in case there was lingering moisture) but nothing works, Its fully charged .
It seems there is NO option to ask any tech questions from the manufacturer.
Whilst I initially thought it good , I now have reservations of the quality of the product if its only lasted 9 months
