The DVD player does not work

I currently have three Samsung TVs and have been very happy with them. I thought it would be a safe bet to try a Samsung DVD player. It appeared to be in new packaging and everything was included. It never powered up and of course that means you can't use it. Very disapointing.

2018 Chevrolet Silverado crew window sill chrome

The sill kit was nicely packaged. There were no instructions but it would be hard to screw it up. I installed it in the sun after cleaning the surfaces with alcohol. They seem to adhere nicely and look great.

I got the 5” OEM style boards. Not to bad to install. Looks fantastic. Great value!! Put on my 2018 Chevy Silverado.
