Works, although lacks many of the features of the original controller
2 of 2 found this helpful The D-Pad is acceptable, the shoulder buttons are acceptable, the face buttons are acceptable although the pressure sensitivity is extremely poor, the start/select buttons are acceptable and finally the analogue sticks are very poor as they have almost no precision in their movement to the point where it feels as if they are either on or off with very little movement in between. The analogue sticks also only work in eight directions, when it should have higher precision such as in the original controller. There is no force feedback.
Overall the form of the controller is near identical to the original with only minor differences to build materials and construction, so I would say that this is an acceptable controller for playing through games that don't require much precision or for games that can only use the D-Pad such as PS1 games.
