One Favorite, One Not
The American President is one of my favorites for sure! Very good story line and really great lines that are memorable to say the least.
Can't say that I'm a fan of Dave. Would have bought just The American President alone, but for the price decided to buy the combo.
The quality of video in these disc could definitely be better.

Wii console - Wii Play & Wii Sports- 2 Controllers 2NUM
This is a much better system to start children and adults as well playing video games. You are much more involved physically in these games. Full motion in swinging,punching, etc. Your not just thumbing and joysticking, but actually making movements that make up the actual games. It gets you involved in a lot of the real aspects of the game.
The only thing I can think of that might be a negative is that there aren't as many games out there for the Wii that excite me as yet, but I expect that will change. I only have the 14 games that came with my system as yet, so it's impossible for me to critique any of the games for the Wii other than what I have now. They are very entertaining games, but not on the level I would like.
I really love the full motion you need to use to play most of these games and am looking forward to playing other more sophisticated games, especially in the sports area.
I would recommend this system to anyone who loves video games, and also anyone who would like to try a different way to play video games. This is the way it should be, getting involved physically in the game is a much more enjoyable way to play games, in my opinion. You do need a little more room to play the Wii than other systems because you are doing a lot of swinging and moving around, so move the coffee table out of the way if you are using the living room!

Tiger Woods PGA Golf 08 Wii... what's not to like!
5 of 5 found this helpful This golf game is the best video game experience I have had to date! Playing this game on the Wii makes it like playing on a golf simulator. I also have the Tiger Woods golf for the PC and this Wii game is hands down much better. You have to make actual swings like your playing the game. You can change the difficulty in so many ways, you'll be challenged to play all the possible combinations and degrees of difficulty available.
If you have a Wii and like golf at all, you must have this game! You can buy aids for the game, like the nerf club, but I don't believe it is necessary to enjoy the game fully. I play it by just holding the controller and swinging as instructed and it plays great! No need to buy anything else for it! You need to make swings like when you play real golf, and if you don't, the results will be much the same as the real game!
You can change wind difficulty, hardness and speed of the greens and fairways. You can put spin on the ball.. or not. There are many courses to choose from and you can play by creating your own player or by using a pro also. You can compete against pros and change their skill levels to challenge you in stroke play and other formats. There also are practice games and a very challenging mini golf to try out! This is just a really good golf video game experience!
If you haven't bought this game yet.. do it! You'll be very pleased with it for sure. It doesn't take too long to get the hang of the game and you can increase the difficulty many times over to constantly challenge your skills! I whole heartedly recommend this golf game for the Wii! It is still a little expensive in the stores, but I found it on Ebay for a good savings... so shop around!
