Flexible, sturdy, well constructed.
The S2 bracket is the perfect way to mount speedlights, including all Godox speedlights up to the AD200pro. Sturdy constructions, really good grip, and provides a Bowens mount for lighting modifiers.

More about the why than the how
I bought this expecting to get an introduction to Shibari. Instead, it is really more about why you should practice Shibari instead of how. There is some general advice and explanation of terminology, but I had already picked this up from other sources that lead me in to exploring this practice further. It is quite light on - only 28 pages of large, well spaced text.
