A visual feast, with a good story line.
This was Ingrid Bergman's 'come back film', after Hollywood had turned it's back on her when she met and married (after a lenghthy affair) Roberto Rosselini.
It shimmers with first class Hollywood production values.
The story, is well known, but the story is so compelling we are swept up in the characters lives. I watched this as a little girl and was entranced by the colour and spectacle, as an adult I am still in awe of the story which is multi-layered. If you have seen the cartoon version you will be able to detect just how much it borrowed from the real life version.

Lesley Garrett - Soprano in Hollywood (CD 1996)
Lesley has a feel for ALL kinds of music, and her joy and love of Movie music comes pouring out of this CD. She sings well known songs as well well as some forgotten classics (such as Love Walked In).
Best of all one can sing along as well!!

Pattern for wedding dress
A nice and easy pattern to follow. change the colour of the wool and the dress becomes a ball gown.
