surface is not flat

Its tricky trying to do a puzzle on the board as the board surface is not flat. The felt surface seems to be not as taut as it could be and this results in bulges on the surface. If the puzzle pieces were much heavier, they would be able to hold the surface flat but we only have normal puzzles in this household. 2 stars may be one star too many.
