Smooth, full spectrum audio
Nothing beats the smooth warmth of a vacuum tube preamp. This one has what it takes. Some issues with 60 Hz “buzz” at high gain settings , but suspect it’s cabling/ ground loop issue. Also, scrap the 6N2’s and replace with a good pair of matched ECC83 type dual triodes for even better results.
Highly recommend this preamp.

Good bang for the buck
Easy to install and performs to specs. I operate two of these in series with an MPPT charge controller at 45.5° North latitude. Gets the job done.
