Professional unit
It has batteries and works as expected. I have used it on our town water and it reads 260ppm. Salt water is measured at --- so off scale. When I mix a little sea water with fresh water it is 8000ppm. Very good.

Not an airfrier.
1 of 1 found this helpful This unit has the 4 heating elements at the top ONLY. So it is easy to burn a dish on the top but leave it undercooked at the base. Does not bake bread (which is why it was purchased)

Great for self sufficiency and TASTE
Nice product - easy to use. The yoghurt tastes so much better than store bought (with added geletine)
