Crank Bros. Rebuild Kit 2003-9
I have multiple bikes so don't use just one consistently. I do have a set of the older Crank Bros. Eggbeaters on my Bianchi City Hybrid. It is nice to be able to rebuild pedals so that they will last
several more years. Remember to re-grease spindles a couple of times a year. This is a good value for
pedal longevity.

RustOleum Lacquer Spray
RustOleum Lacquer Spray is a very good product. It sprays on evenly and creates the hard clear
coating desired. It is a bit glossy, not a matte finish. Very easy to use with good end results.
I would recommend several thin layers for best result.

Schiff Glucosomine Supplement Review
1 of 1 found this helpful Schiff Glucosamine appears to work well. All I ask in a glucosamine supplement is to prevent
my knees from feeling like a rusty door hinge. I prefer a well oiled door hinge. These tablets
work for me bu my arthritic knee is not severe. I would recommend for minor arthritic/joint
conditions.
