“basically new. excellent condition when removed” Is what the seller stated in listing. The item received had deep gouges in it, much too severe to have happened in shipping. It’s obvious the bike these handles were on was dropped at some point. Seller should have disclosed this. I was mislead on condition because again the seller stated “basically new. excellent condition when removed”. I can’t put damaged part on my bike so these go in the trash, I definitely feel ripped off. Buyer beware……

Seller made it right by refunding money, thank you. It’s important for sellers to provide accurate descriptions and photos of any blemishes so buyers can make an informed decision and avoid any disappointment on either side. This experience is why I rarely shop eBay.
