New in box
Works as advertised. Brand new in the original suzuki part box.

OK but unusable buttons
We don’t use any of the stream buttons on the face. Waste of time.

Not user friendly
I not at all familiar with scooters so I purchased the manual to help me work on it. The so called step by step instructions are not clear and are confusing. The instructions are constantly referring you to another section so that you have to keep turning pages. Even then the instructions are not clear or easy to understand. A few years ago I had a service manual on CD that had actual step by step instructions with pictures that was easy to follow but the CD was lost in a move and I can no longer find it on the internet.
This CD is almost useless to an amateur mechanic.
